The weather is gorgeous today. And as God has been awakening spring in Lafayette, He has been awakening spring in my heart. Last spring was rough. Really rough. And that caused this past year to be very rough spiritually. But God is bringing me back this spring, and I can't be thankful enough.

I miss Kayla Kilchrist. Though she is so far from Jesus right now, and so far from me, she has been so near to my thoughts these days. She is the best friend I've ever had, and I do not want to lose her. Please, Lord, draw her back home.

I love my family. Brooks came over last night, and the four of us ordered pizza and just had family time. I am so incredibly blessed to have the family that I have.
